My stay at Lime Tree Park was absolutely delightful, offering a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding. I loved how spacious the area felt, with plenty of room between caravans, which made for a more private experience. The facilities were well-maintained and the location provided quick access to surrounding nature walks. Although the internet being limited to the games room was a minor inconvenience, it didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this campsite. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. The cleanliness of the facilities stood out, but the location was quite noisy due to nearby traffic and aircraft. Overall, it felt safe and well-kept, but there were some drawbacks that impacted my sleep and relaxation.

Rooms

The campsite offered a decent space to pitch our tent, but the field slopes in some areas, which could be inconvenient for others.

While the campsite is positioned on the outskirts of Buxton and offers nice views, it is also quite loud due to road traffic and nearby flights.

We enjoyed visiting the farmer's shop on-site, where we found fresh, local produce for our meals.
Facilities

The toilet and shower facilities were clean and modern, though they are a bit of a walk from some camping spots.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at this camping site. The view is beautiful and the location is amazing, being quite close to town. However, we faced significant issues with electricity and facilities during our stay, which put a damper on our trip. The staff, while present, didn't communicate well regarding these issues, leaving us frustrated.

Rooms

We camped in a tent and found it hard to locate a flat pitch. Overall, the camping grounds were clean, but the uneven surface made it tough to set up.
Service

While the staff patrolled the grounds, their communication regarding the electricity issues was lacking, which added to our disappointment. We often had to chase for updates, which felt frustrating.

The facilities like the shower block were clean and well-maintained, but during our stay, many were inexplicably closed for several hours, which was quite inconvenient.

5.6/10

The campsite has a few redeeming qualities, like large pitches and peaceful surroundings, but there are significant downsides. The facilities are outdated and could use some serious improvements, especially the shower block. While it's dog-friendly, the access to walking areas is limited, and the noise from the nearby road and airport can be disruptive.

Rooms
6.0
The pitches were spacious but some were on a slope, making it hard to find a flat spot.
Service
5.0
The greeting felt rushed and lacking in helpful information, but the campsite staff were polite.
Location
6.0
The location is on the outskirts of Buxton, which is nice, but the road access is narrow and busy.
Dining
Facilities
5.0
The facilities are clean but dated, and the shower block is a fair distance from the pitches, which can be inconvenient.
